Leslie Solomon has earned a reputation as a transition specialist with more than 20 years of financial, strategic, operating and corporate development experience in a broad range of industries. She has held top management roles, developed and implemented critical growth and transition plans for companies in renewable energy, manufacturing, including fabrication, component assembly, and industrial process, software, agriculture, business services, and distribution,. Leslie has unique expertise in managing and planning for businesses in their two most dynamic phases of lifecycle transition –growth and decline.
Leslie was the founder of Tencer Solomon, an investment banking boutique which recently merged with Allomet Partners. Previously as a Principal with Allomet and a Managing Director with Nightingale & Associates, Leslie completed close to 100 client engagements, developing and implementing growth and turnaround plans, and raising debt and equity capital for privately held middle-market companies. In addition to operational turnarounds, she has been extensively involved in managing the viability of new ventures, transaction analysis, and management of risk in strategic transitions. Leslie brings expertise in product, customer and market segment profitability, organizational structures, revenue generation and cash management in uncertain environments.
During her career, Leslie has held senior financial, operating management and corporate development positions and has served as advisor to senior management, lenders, investors, directors and economic development agencies. She is currently serving as the CFO of and raising capital for a waste to energy technology company implementing a plan to commercialize waste-oil extraction technology, and serving as the CFO of a virtual reality software developer which is rapidly developing the market for industrial training applications.
Leslie has been a featured speaker and author on topics ranging from, evaluation of business risk, strategic and business planning, proper use of forecasting, management of family owned businesses and turnaround tactics for the family business in crisis. Leslie holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an AB from Smith College. She holds the Series 62 and 63 securities licenses, and the designation of Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP).

Gary Brooks has over 40 years of diversified executive management and consulting experience. He has counseled and provided interim management services to more than 150 companies that had failed to meet performance expectations or otherwise saw a need to transition away from its current business model. His involvement in cases often provides a new direction by which to facilitate the decision making affecting all concerned parties in order to ensure an effective strategic transition.
Currently, Gary serves as Chairman of the Board of VRSim, Inc., developers of virtual reality technology and as a Director of Delacom Detection Systems, developers and marketers of unique technology that detects and identifies toxic and explosive fugitive vapors. He is also often asked to serve as an expert witness in cases where the performance of management or director non-feasance are significant issues in the case.
Gary was a founding member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and served as first President of the Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals. He also served as Director and as national Chair of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). He was graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received an MS degree from the University of Rochester. Credentials include election as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and as a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP).
He writes frequently for publication in Journals serving the profession and lectures often, having spoken to the Family Firm Institute, Turnaround Management Association and at numerous financial management and private wealth conferences. He has also served as Visiting Professor at Schools of Business Administration of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, Long Island University, University of Rochester and, most recently, the Lebanese American University in Beirut, Lebanon. ..
